Who are we?

Yvon Hade M.Ps.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology respectively from Université Laval and from Université de Montréal. I am a member in good standing of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ) as well as the Société québécoise de psychologie du travail et des organisations (SQPTO).

My professional experience is quite diversified. I successively held the positions of Aircraft Technician, Rehabilitation Educator for psychiatric and mentally retarded individuals, and then Work Psychologist for a cousulting firm. I have since been involved in the fulfillment of several mandates for numerous companies, as well as for public and parapublic agencies.

My expertise allows me to grasp the human and professional stakes of often highly sensitive and emotionaly disturbing situations, to propose customized strategies and to accompany managers, individuals or teams in the resolution of these situations. My interventions focus on the well-being of individuals, as well as organizational performance.

Richard Marcotte M.Ps.

I  hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Université Laval. I also pursued further studies and training at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) as well as Cornell University (N.Y.). I am a member in good standing of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and of the Société québécoise de psychologie du travail et des organisations.

In my area of expertise, I worked several years as an internal consultant in organizational development for institutions in the healthcare and social services network. Since 1993, I have worked as a consulting psychologist, fulfilling mainly two types of interventions within organizations: developing strong relationships between people and projects, and improving interactions between individuals or groups.

In my practice, I have carried out several strategic tasks for companies and institutions. These tasks include, for example, organizational diagnoses, assistance in team strengthening, interventions aimed at improving the work climate and interventions in matters of harassment.
