Our mission and intervention principles
Our mission is to contribute to the improvement of your organization’s effectiveness by addressing the on-the-job behaviours of individuals and groups, in such a way as to encourage their concerted efforts towards the achievements of your organization’s objectives.
Our work is based on the following principles:
| - |
Respecting the individuals: we work on the behaviours, not on the individuals;
|
| - |
Concrete objectives: we are firmly oriented towards the achievement of realistic objectives, in the short and medium run, that we establish with the individuals or groups with whom we are called to work with; |
| |
Structure: we encourage the introduction of structures in order to organize and support, in a coherent way, the work accomplished by individuals and groups;
|
| - |
Leadership: we believe in the necessity of a formal leadership, both benevolent and affirmative;
|
| - |
Collaboration: we favour collaboration and coaching in such a way as to stimulate the transfer of knowledge and encourage autonomy. |
